WHAT ACNEWAR IS USED FOR?
It is used to treat,
Acne vulgaris
Skin disorder (dermatitis herpetiformis)
WARNING & PRECAUTIONS:
TALK TO DOCTOR
Talk to your doctor before using this medicine, if you:
Are allergic to Dapsone or any of the other ingredients of this medicine
Have glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency (G6PD)
Have methemoglobinemia
INTERACTIONS:
Tell your doctor about all the medicines you are taking:
Benzoyl peroxide (used to treat acne) or any other skin preparations
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Always apply this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
Apply gel twice a day
Gently wash and pat dry the areas of your skin where you will apply gel
Apply a pea-sized amount of gel in a thin layer to the areas of your skin that have acne
Rub gel in gently and completely
It may feel gritty and you may see particles in the gel
Make sure to put the cap back on the gel tube. Close it tightly
Wash your hands after applying gel
If your acne does not get better after using Gel for 12 weeks, talk to your doctor about continuing treatment
If you apply more ACNEWAR
If you (or someone else) accidentally swallow this medicine you should tell your doctor at once or contact the nearest casualty department
If you forgot to apply ACNEWAR
Do not apply double dose to make up for a forgotten dose. If you forget to apply gel apply it as soon as you remember it and then apply the next dose at the right time
If you stop applying ACNEWAR
Do not stop applying this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects although not everybody gets them.

• Bluish skin coloration

• Peeling, dryness and redness of the skin
STORAGE:
Protect from excess heat and light
Keep this medicine out of reach of children
Store at room temperature (15-25°C)
Do not use this medicine after the expiry date

Acnewar Gel is for external use only. You should use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor.
The affected area should be clean and dry before application of the ointment.
You must wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying this medicine.

Some common side effects include oily skin, dry skin, and skin exfoliation (skin peeling).
It may also cause skin irritation, redness, or itching at the site of application. Please consult your doctor if these side effects persist for a longer duration.
Avoid getting it into your eyes, nose, or mouth.
If accidental exposure occurs, wash your eyes with water, and seek immediate medical attention.
