Are allergic (hypersensitive) to the active substance Clindamycin phosphate, Nicotinamide or any of the other ingredients

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or planning to have baby, ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine
CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS
GLOCIN GEL should not be used by children under the age of 12 years
DRIVING AND USING MACHINES
GLOCIN GEL does not affect the ability to drive or opertaing machines
INTERACTIONS
Tell your healthcare provider if you are using any other topical preparations such as cream, ointment, gel
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Always apply this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
It is intended for use on the skin
You should use GLOCIN GEL once a day. Wash as normal, rinse well and pat your skin dry
Apply a small amount of medicine in a thin layer to the whole of the area where you usually get the spots
It is important to replace the cap after you have used GLOCIN GEL
If you use more GLOCIN GEL
If you use too much GLOCIN GEL, just wash your treated skin with plenty of water. Contact your doctor or your local hospital
If you forget to use GLOCIN GEL
Use it as soon as you remember and then continue to use as your doctor has told you
Do not apply a double dose to make up for a forgotten application
If you stop using GLOCIN GEL
Do not stop taking GLOCIN GEL unless your doctor tells you to
SIDE EFFECTS OF GLOCIN GEL:
COMMON
Clindamycin
Dry skin
Redness of the skin
Skin burning or itchy skin
Irritation around eyes
Worsening of acne
Nicotinamide:
Very occasionally, allergic reactions such as itching (pruritus), redness (erythema), swelling or burning sensations can occur
STORAGE:
Keep out of reach of children
Store at room temperature (15-25°C)
Do not use this medicine after the expiry date

Glocin Gel is only meant for external use and should be used as advised by your doctor. A thin layer of the medicine should be applied only to the affected areas of the skin with clean and dry hands.
Wash your hands before and after applying the medicine.
If it gets into your eyes, nose, mouth, or vagina rinse with water.
It may take several days to weeks for your symptoms to improve, but you should keep using this medicine regularly.

These side effects are usually mild and self-limiting. Most of these side effects can be prevented by using a skin moisturizer and drinking plenty of water.
