WHAT IVABEAT 5MG IS USED FOR?
It is used to treat,
Symptomatic stable angina pectoris
Chronic heart failure
DIRECTIONS & FOR USE:
Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
IVABEAT 5MG should be taken during meals
If you are being treated for stable angina pectoris, chronic heart failure
The starting dose should not exceed one tablet of IVABEAT 5MG 5 mg twice daily
The maintenance dose should not exceed 7.5 mg twice daily
The usual dose is one tablet in the morning and one tablet in the evening
If you are elderly your doctor may prescribe half the dose i.e., one tablet of IVABEAT 5MG 2.5 mg in the morning and one tablet of IVABEAT 5MG 2.5 mg in the evening
If you take more IVABEAT 5MG
If you take more IVABEAT 5MG than you should contact your doctor immediately
If you forget to take IVABEAT 5MG
If you forget to take a dose of IVABEAT 5MG, take the next dose at the usual time
Do not take a double dose to make up for the forgotten dose
If you stop taking IVABEAT 5MG
Do not stop taking IVABEAT 5MG without first consulting your doctor

Ivabeat 5 Tablet is a medicine used for the treatment of angina (heart-related chest pain) and chronic (long-term) heart failure. It makes the heart work more efficiently by lowering the heart rate. This relieves chest pain and decreases the risk of hospitalization in heart failure patients.
The dose will depend on what you are being treated for. Since the treatment for angina or heart failure is usually life-long, you should not stop using it without talking to your doctor.
It should be taken with food at the same time each day.

This medicine interacts with certain other medicines used to treat high blood pressure, fungal infections, and HIV. Do not take it if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
