WHAT MONIT SR 30MG IS USED FOR?
It is used to prevent angina pectoris
Angina usually feels like a tight pain in the chest, neck or arm area. The pain comes from the heart muscle and is a sign that part of it is not getting enough oxygen for work it is doing
INTERACTIONS:
Tell your doctor if you are taking,
Sildenafil used for impotence
Riociguat, used in treating pulmonary hypertension
Medicines to lower your blood pressure
Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (used to treat depression)
Tricyclic antidepressants (used to treat depression) and neuroleptics (used to treat anxiety)
Ergotamine used for migraine
Sapropterin used for phenylketonuria (PKU)
DIRECTIONS & FOR USE:
Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
Swallow the medicine whole with a drink of water
If you take more MONIT SR 30MG
If you take more, immediately contact the nearest hospital casualty department or your doctor
If you forget to take MONIT SR 30MG
Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose. Take your next dose at the usual time
If you stop taking MONIT SR 30MG
Do not stop taking MONIT SR 30 MG without first talking to your doctor. You should keep taking your medicine until your doctor tells you to stop. If you stop taking the medicine your condition may get worse
