Sapropterin used for phenylketonuria (PKU)
DIRECTIONS & FOR USE:
Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
Swallow the medicine whole with a drink of water
If you take more MONOTRATE 10MG
If you take more, immediately contact the nearest hospital casualty department or your doctor
If you forget to take MONOTRATE 10MG
Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose. Take your next dose at the usual time
If you stop taking MONOTRATE 10MG
Do not stop taking MONOTRATE 10MG without first talking to your doctor. You should keep taking your medicine until your doctor tells you to stop. If you stop taking the medicine your condition may get worse
