CHILDREN & ADOLESCENTS
CLINSOL should not be used by children under the age of 12 years
DRIVING & USING MACHINES
CLINSOL does not affect the ability to drive or opertaing machines
INTERACTIONS:
Tell your healthcare provider if you are using any other topical preparations such as cream, ointment, gel
DIRECTIONS & FOR USE:
Always apply this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
It is intended for use on the skin
You should use CLINSOL once a day. Wash as normal, rinse well and pat your skin dry
Apply a small amount of medicine in a thin layer to the whole of the area where you usually get the spots
It is important to replace the cap after you have used CLINSOL
If you use more CLINSOL
If you use too much CLINSOL, just wash your treated skin with plenty of water. Contact your doctor or your local hospital
If you forget to use CLINSOL
Use it as soon as you remember and then continue to use as your doctor has told you
Do not apply a double dose to make up for a forgotten application
If you stop using CLINSOL
Do not stop taking CLINSOL unless your doctor tells you to
SIDE EFFECTS OF CLINSOL:
COMMON
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Clindamycin:
Dry skin
Redness of the skin
Skin burning or itchy skin
Irritation around eyes
Worsening of acne
Nicotinamide:
Very occasionally, allergic reactions such as itching (pruritus), redness (erythema), swelling or burning sensations can occur
STORAGE:
Keep out of reach of children
Store at room temperature (15-25°C)
Do not use this medicine after the expiry date

Clinsol Gel is a combination medicine that is used to treats acne.
It minimizes excessive oil production, thus reduces inflammation. It also prevents the growth of the microorganisms that cause acne.
This also helps to prevent pimples, blackheads, and whiteheads on the skin.
A thin layer of the medicine should be applied only to the affected areas of the skin with clean and dry hands.
Wash your hands before and after applying the medicine.
It may take several days to weeks for your symptoms to improve, but you should keep using this medicine regularly.
The course of the treatment should be completed to ensure better efficacy of the medicine.
If your condition does not improve or gets worse, you should talk to your doctor.
