Have liver or heart disease
Have bone loss (osteoporosis) or weak bones

Are undergoing cosmetic procedures to smooth your skin, including waxing, dermabrasion, or laser procedures

The amount of TUFACNE 10MG you take has been specially chosen for you. It is based on your body weight, and may change during treatment
Swallow TUFACNE 10MG whole with a full glass of water
If you take more TUFACNE 10MG
If you take more TUFACNE 10MG, call your doctor right away
If you forget to take TUFACNE 10MG
If you miss a dose, just skip that dose. Do not take two doses at the same time
If you stop taking TUFACNE 10MG
Do not stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor
