KLM FX 180 Tablet is an anti-allergy medicine used in the treatment of allergic symptoms such as runny nose, congestion or stuffiness, sneezing, itching, swelling, and watery eyes. It also helps treat skin allergies with itching, redness, or swelling.

KLM FX 180 Tablet may be taken with or without food, in the dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. Do not stop taking it without consulting your doctor.

The most common side effects are headache, drowsiness, dizziness, and nausea. Most of these are temporary and usually resolve with time. Please consult your doctor if any of these side effects do not resolve or persist for a longer duration.

Do not self-medicate or recommend your medicine to another person even if you see the similarity in symptoms. Consult your doctor to get the most benefit. Pregnancy

Breast feeding

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED

KLM FX 180 Tablet is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.
Because of low milk levels and lack of sleepiness, use of tablet would not be expected to cause any adverse effects in breastfed babies.

Driving

SAFE

KLM FX 180 Tablet does not usually affect your ability to drive.
However, you should make check that tablet does not make you feel sleepy or dizzy before driving or operating machinery.

Kidney

CAUTION

KLM FX 180 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Liver

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED

KLM FX 180 Tablett is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of tablet is recommended.
However, consult your doctor before giving Fexofenadine to your child in case of severe liver disease.

WHAT IF YOU FORGET TO TAKE KLM FX TABLET?

Unless your doctor has advised a specific regime, take the missed dose as soon as you remember. Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for the next dose. Do not take a double dose to catch up on any missed dose, follow the prescribed dosing schedule strictly.

DIRECTIONS & FOR USE:

Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
For adults and children aged 12 years and over the recommended dose is one tablet (120mg, 180 mg) daily. Take your tablet with water before a meal
For children aged 6 to 11 years of age the recommended dose is one tablet (30 mg) twice daily
Take your tablet with water before a meal
This medicine starts to relieve your symptoms within 1 hour and lasts for 24 hours

If you take more KLM FX

If you take too many KLM FX contact your doctor or the nearest hospital emergency department immediately

If you forget to take KLM FX

Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten tablet. Take the next dose at the usual time as prescribed by your doctor

If you stop taking KLM FX

Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor tells you to stop your treatment

STORAGE:

Keep this medicine out of reach of children
Do not use this medicine after the expiry date
Store at room temperature (15-25°C)
