Prulastin M Tablet is a combination of two medicines : Bilastine and Montelukast. Bilastine is an anti-allergic medication. Montelukast works by blocking the action of leukotriene, a chemical messenger. This reduces inflammation in the airways to prevent asthma and relieve symptoms of allergies.
