PREGNANCY & BREAST FEEDING

it must not be used by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. it causes severe birth defects like deformed babies, loss of a baby before birth (miscarriage), death of the baby, and early (premature) births
Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant

INTERACTIONS:

Tell your doctor about all the medicines you take including prescription and non-prescription, herbal supplements.

Especially tell your doctor if you are taking,

• Vitamin A supplements
• Tetracycline antibiotics
• Progestin-only birth control pills
• Phenytoin used to treat fits
• Corticosteroid medicines

What is severe nodular acne?

Severe nodular acne is when many red, swollen, tender lumps form in the skin. These can be the size of pencil erasers or larger. If untreated, nodular acne can lead to permanent scars

Liver

WHAT IF YOU FORGET TO TAKE D ACNE I CAPSULE?

If you miss a dose of D Acne I 20 Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

A normal course of treatment of D Acne I 20 Capsule is 15–20 weeks. Therefore, the long-term effects of low doses have not been studied. However, it may have some effect on bone mineral density. It may decrease bone mineral density in some patients, resulting in osteoporosis or fractures.

No, it does not affect the fertility of male patients. No significant effects were seen on ejaculate volume, sperm count, total sperm motility, morphology, or seminal plasma fructose.
