IVAZINE 7.5MG contains Ivabradine
It works by reducing the heart rate by a few beats per minute and helps to improve the functioning of the heart
WHAT IVAZINE 7.5MG IS USED FOR?
It is used to treat,
Symptomatic stable angina pectoris
Chronic heart failure
DIRECTIONS & FOR USE:
Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
IVAZINE 7.5MG should be taken during meals
If you are being treated for stable angina pectoris, chronic heart failure
The starting dose should not exceed one tablet of IVAZINE 7.5MG 5 mg twice daily
The maintenance dose should not exceed 7.5 mg twice daily
The usual dose is one tablet in the morning and one tablet in the evening
If you are elderly your doctor may prescribe half the dose i.e., one tablet of IVAZINE 7.5MG 2.5 mg in the morning and one tablet of IVAZINE 7.5MG 2.5 mg in the evening
If you take more IVAZINE 7.5 MG
If you take more IVAZINE 7.5MG than you should contact your doctor immediately
If you forget to take IVAZINE 7.5 MG
If you forget to take a dose of IVAZINE 7.5MG, take the next dose at the usual time
Do not take a double dose to make up for the forgotten dose
If you stop taking IVAZINE 7.5 MG
Do not stop taking IVAZINE 7.5MG without first consulting your doctor

Keep this medicine out of reach of children
Do not use this medicine after the expiry date
Store at room temperature (15-25°C)
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
It makes the heart work more efficiently by lowering the heart rate. This relieves chest pain and decreases the risk of hospitalization in heart failure patients.
The dose will depend on what you are being treated for. Since the treatment for angina or heart failure is usually life-long, you should not stop using it without talking to your doctor.
It should be taken with food at the same time each day.

Most common side effects
You may also experience uncontrolled blood pressure, headache, dizziness, and blurred vision. Some side effects such as fainting and significant changes to your heartbeat may be very serious and may need urgent medical attention.
Do not use Tablet if you have severe liver disease, have a low resting heart rate, or a heart rhythm disorder.
This medicine is also not suitable if you have very low blood pressure and heart failure that has recently become worse.
This medicine interacts with certain other medicines used to treat high blood pressure, fungal infections, and HIV. Do not take it if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
