You must discontinue using the drug in case any of the following occur:
Bloody, black, or tarry stools, vomiting blood, spitting up of blood that looks like coffee grounds.
COMMON DRUG INTERACTIONS:
Amiodarone may interact with Sofosbuvir. Other medications may also affect how hepcinat works. Such medications include rifampin, rifabutin, tipranavir, St. John?s wort, ritonavir, medications used for treating seizures such as phenytoin, carbamazepine.
