ENDACE 160MG contain megestrol which belongs to a group of medicine called progestogens. It is used to treat certain types of cancer known as hormone-dependent cancer (including breast cancer).

HOW ENDACE 160MG WORKS:

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Always take ENDACE 160MG exactly as your doctor has told you. This medicine must be taken with or without food and try to take at the same time each day. It should be swallowed whole with water. Do not crush or chew the medicine.
SIDE EFFECTS OF ENDACE 160MG:
SERIOUS
Swelling of the face, lips, or tongue, skin rash, difficulty breathing
Blood clot (signs include loss of co-ordination, slurred speech, pains in your groin, pains or numbness in your arm or leg (especially in calf of leg), shortness of breath, weakness, headache, and fainting)

Increase in appetite and weight gain (not associated with water retention)

Constipation:
Take fibre rich foods such as fresh fruit, vegetables and cereals and drink plenty of water. Exercise more regularly.
Diarrhoea:
Drink lot of fluid such as water or squash, to avoid dehydration. Do not take any other medicines without talking to a doctor.
Nausea and vomiting:
Try taking this medicine with, or just after, a meal or snack and stick to simple meals and do not eat rich or spicy food.
