WHAT IF YOU FORGET TO TAKE LANTUS SOLUTION FOR INJECTION?

If you miss a dose of Lantus Solostar 100IU/ml, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

FOR HOW LONG TO TAKE?

The medicine is injected under the skin usually once per day. It is advisable to inject it at the same time each day. The duration for which the medicine needs to be taken vary from case to case basis.

OVERDOSE

In case of overdose of the medicine you must get medical attention immediately. One should be very careful while using the medicine and must only takes that much of the medicine which is prescribed.

MISSED DOSE

The missed dose should be taken as soon as you remember. However, only one dose should be taken over a period of 24 hours. Skip the missed dose if the time for the next dose is near.
