WHAT ARE THE DRUG INTERACTIONS?
This drug should not be taken along with Cyclosporine, as it tends to increase the side effects of Simvastatin-Ezetimibe by seven folds. Simultaneous administration ofWarfarin and Simvastatin-Ezetimibe can increase the risk of bleeding disorders. Don?t take antacid along with this drug as it decreases the absorption of Simvastatin-Ezetimibe. Drugs like Nicotinic acid and Gemfibrozil when taken along with Simvastatin-Ezetimibe may cause liver or muscle injury. The other common drugs that may interact with Simvastatin-Ezetimibe are:
