WHAT IS ELDICET 50MG?

ELDICET 50MG contains Pinaverium Bromide which belongs to antispasmodics medicines

WHAT ELDICET 50MG IS USED FOR?

It is used:

For the treatment and relief of symptoms associated with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) such as abdominal pain, bowel disturbances and intestinal discomfort
For the treatment of symptoms related to functional disorders of the biliary tract

WARNING & PRECAUTION:

Talk to your Doctor, if you:

Are allergic or hypersensitive to any of the ingredients of this medicine

PREGNANCY & BREAST FEEDING

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine

CHILDREN & ADOLESCENTS

tablet is not recommended for use in children

INTERACTIONS:

Tell your doctor if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines including medicines obtained without a prescription such as:

Digitalis drugs (heart medications)
Oral anti-diabetics
Insulin
Oral anticoagulants and heparin

DIRECTIONS & FOR USE:

Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
Do not crush, chew or suck the tablet
Take the medicine with a glass of water

If you take more tablet

If you accidentally take too many medicines, contact your doctor or nearest hospital casualty department immediately

If you forget to take tablet

If you forget to take your medicine, do not take a double dose to compensate for it

If you stop taking tablet

Do not stop taking the medicine unless your doctor tells to do so

SIDE EFFECTS OF ELDICET 50MG:

COMMON

Abdominal pain, diarrhoea
Nausea and vomiting
Dysphagia (difficulty swallowing)
Rash, pruritus (itchiness)
Urticaria (hives)
Erythema (reddening of the skin)

STORAGE:

Keep this medicine out of reach of children
Store at a room temperature of 15-25°C
