Sitcom LD cream is used to relieve and manage pain and bleeding in piles, anal fissure, fistual or post surgery of haemarrhoids (piles). Haemorrhoids are usually characterized by pain and bleeding while passing stools or blood in stools. Sitcom LD cream contains a combination of euphorbia prostrata extract, lidocaine/lignocaine. If you do not get your piles treated, it may lead to irritation, bleeding and many other complications. Apply this cream as advised by your doctor for the prescribed duration. Wash your hands after applying the cream. This cream should not be used by pregnant and lactating women.

Euphorbia prostrata acts by enhancing the wound healing and anti-haemorrhoidal activity. It also has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antioxidant, anti-thrombic and astringent actions.
