It works by shrinking the oil, sebaceous, glands in the skin. This reduces the amount of oil that is produced naturally by skin and also kills the bacteria that cause acne and relieves redness and soreness.

Severe nodular acne is the formation of red, swollen, tender lumps in the skin.
If untreated it leads to permanent scars.
This medicine should be used in children and adolescents from 12 years of age only after puberty. It must be used under the guidance of a dermatologist.
